“Knott’s Berry Farm Then & Now” – A new PDF Book by Jay Jennings

imageJay Jennings' new PDF book, “Knott’s Berry Farm: Then & Now”, is available for sale. This pictorial retrospective is the biggest collection of "then and now" photographs ever assembled of Knott's original attractions and buildings from the 1940s, 50s, and 60s that are still there! Over 200 photos! Only $14.99 (plus $3.00 shipping).

This very impressive collection of photographs features many pictures that long-time Knott’s fans have never seen.  Focusing on Ghost Town, Jay provides a look at original attractions and buildings that are still standing in Ghost Town today.  More of a photo collection than a traditional book, Jay’s exhaustive work gives a satisfying glimpse into the Ghost Town of yesteryear and compares it to the Ghost Town of today.

image I’m a sucker for “then and now” pictures.  I love to see how things used to be and compare them to what’s there today.  Not only was the “then and now” aspect of Jay’s book entertaining, I was very grateful to see so much of Ghost Town documented.  Ghost Town is old, and despite Knott’s grand efforts to rebuild the crumbling buildings, you never know what will be the next building to fade into memory.
